Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships within 24-48 hours.

Yes, COD is available on selective products. A small amount as Advance will be collected as order confirmation and to avoid fake orders. 

  • You received a defective item, wrong size, or different product

  • You provide an unboxing video (must be taken while opening the parcel)

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. If you don’t receive it within 2 days, contact us.
