Return & Exchange

At Zeno, customer satisfaction is a priority — but due to the nature of our streetwear and limited-stock drops, we follow a strict No Return policy, with Exchange available only under specific conditions.

🚫 No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Size preferences (unless the wrong size was sent)
  • Dislike of style after delivery

All sales are final unless there is a valid reason for exchange as mentioned below.

🔁 Exchange Eligibility

We offer Exchange only if:

  1. You received a defective or damaged product
  2. You received the wrong size (different from what you ordered)
  3. You received a different product from what was shown or described

⚠️ Unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange request.
It must clearly show the package being opened without cuts or edits.

📲 How to Request an Exchange

To place an exchange request:

  1. Message us on WhatsApp or any of our official Instagram accounts:
  2. Share your:
    • Order ID
    • Unboxing video is Must
    • A short description of the issue

Our team will verify and get back to you within 24–48 hours.

🕒 Exchange Window

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery for any exchange request.
  • Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

🚚 Exchange Process & Conditions

  • Once approved, we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
  • The product must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • With all tags/packaging intact
  • Shipping for exchange may be covered by us in case of our fault (wrong/defective item), otherwise, customers may need to cover the return shipping.

  • Exchange is subject to availability of the product or size.
  • We reserve the right to deny exchange if the issue does not meet the eligibility criteria.
  • No return or refund will be issued under any circumstances.
